The most important thing you need to remember is that diet plays a major role in developing healthy scalp and hair. You need to focus on a nutritious diet including all the essential vitamins and minerals. Try to include a lot of green, leafy vegetables, whole grains cereals, raw oats, dates, eggs and raisins in your daily diet schedule.
Hair is made up of protein. Hence, you need to focus on protein rich diet to take good care of it. These include wheat germ, calves liver and brewer's yeast. Try to include outer coverings of potatoes, cucumbers, red and green peppers as these are rich in silica that is important to maintain the strength and beauty of hair. Vitamin E is equally important to promote hair growth and reduction in hair fall.
